Good sources of water, food, and cover exist over its entire length. Bird routes are typically established because no mountains or large hills block the flyway over its entire extent. Some birds even use this flyway to migrate from the Arctic Ocean to Patagonia. The primary endpoints of the flyway include the Canadian Prairies and the region surrounding the Gulf of Mexico the migration route tends to narrow considerably in the Platte River and Missouri River valleys of central and eastern Nebraska, which accounts for the high number of bird species found there. When members are hunting water properties with permanent blinds on them the reservation on these blinds will be based by the number of seats available in the blind which will be four seats. Members will be able to bring one guest on waterfowl hunts with no additional fees, every guest after the first guest is $125.00 per gun per day. Members may use ATV(S) or pickups to get in and out on all waterfowl properties that are not row crop agriculture fields, if it is dry conditions members will be able to use ATV(S) in the agriculture fields, but dry conditions only! Dry field hunting will have to be done with layout blinds and field decoys which are not included within the club. Most of our water properties will have permanent blinds built and brushed in each season. Some of our properties are moist soil habitat with natural vegetation growing in the spring and summer which is smartweed, crab grass, barn yard grass, coon tail grass and hydrilla. On the water properties we plant millet on all the properties we can, weather and water conditions permitting.
Waterfowl properties consists of ponds, sloughs, marshes, rivers, big water, shed lakes, and dry fields.
